If your Nitro Concept product develops a defect within the warranty period, please send us photos of the defect, a copy of the invoice and your shipping details, so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.
The warranty is void in the event of damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, neglect, failure to comply with maintenance and operating instructions, unauthorised repairs or modifications by the customer or third parties.
Wear and tear to the mechanical and material components of all products is also excluded from the warranty unless it is caused by a corresponding defect.
