How can I exercise my right of withdrawal? Can I return the product? Am I entitled to a refund?

You can return any goods you have received within 14 days. This period begins on the date of delivery. You must register the cancellation within these 14 days. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal after assembly and testing.

We will provide you with a DHL return label so that you can return the goods at our expense. Using this label, you can drop the goods off at any DHL station or branch.

As soon as we receive your return request, our team will begin processing it.

Upon receipt of the item, we will check that it was properly packaged and was not damaged in transit.

The refund will be made using the original payment method.
