If only one fan is operating, the most common cause is insufficient power delivery to the IMMERSION Wind Box. Each fan requires at least 9 W of power, meaning the connected power source should provide a minimum of 18 W in total via the USB PD port.
Please ensure that:
- A USB cable is connected to the PD port of the IMMERSION Wind Box
- The connected power supply supports at least 18 W output
- Both fans are properly connected and tested individually
If both fans work on one output but not on the other, the issue may either be related to insufficient power delivery or a defective output on the Wind Box.
For stable operation, using a compatible USB PD power adapter or the Nitro Concepts USB Hub is recommended.
